An idol group, Boyfriend, had a fantastic year on 2011. Since debuted on May with mini-album named ‘Boyfriend’, just like their group name, they hitted music indutry in a row with followed song, ‘Dont’t Touch My Girl’ and ‘I’ll Be There. Last month, on 12th, held at Kyocera Dome, Osaka, Japan, on 26th Golden Disc Award, Boyfriend won Rookie Award.

Not just only a debuted group, but they have shown the prove to be one of the best group. They did showing their debuted year almost a perfect year of them. Cause not only that, from an English site, Allkpop, that browsed by 300 kpop fans from around the world, through voting, Boyfriend got The Rookie award from Allkpop 2011 Award. Once again, they’ve shown their position to be the potential leader of Hallyu Wave. Came in to music industry, Boyfriend got all the camera (*trans: attention).

Hello, Boyfriend’s Donghyun. These days seems like a dream. We made our debut this year and I guess we will have no luck, this year is really won’t be nothing, just like other years. Last month, at Osaka, Japan, is the most unbelievable moment of us on The Golden Disc ceremony. In fact, we thought that the award will given to other, not us, I’ve never ever think to be on the stage and holding the trophy. “Boyfriend as The Best Rookie”, an unspeakable words that I almost got a heart attack.

On the stage, sung “Don’t Touch My Girl’, my feet shaked so hard. We’re trying to realizing what was happening, down the stage. We’re standing in front of a dozens seniors, like a little dwarfs, but someday we’ll perform in front of a bunch of fans, for sure. Ha ha ha. We’re not suppose to forget the reaseon why we’re standing here on the stage. Fans, our deeply appresiated for them. Our activities will come to the end (*promoting I’ll Be There)
